    Images and Third-Party Content

Many images on our Site are licensed from third parties (stock photo services, manufacturers, PR agencies) or used under fair use principles for commentary and criticism. We don’t claim copyright on images we don’t own. If you believe an image infringes your copyright or rights, contact us immediately at [email protected] with specific details.

You may not extract and reuse images from our Site for your own projects unless you’re using screenshots that clearly show our Site’s branding and attribution.

    User Submissions and Comments

    What You Post

If you comment on articles, submit content, or otherwise contribute to our Site (“User Submissions”), you grant us a broad license to use that content. Specifically, you grant Technicalmaster Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and incorporate your User Submissions into our content and services.

    • Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
    • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
    • Promote illegal activities or violate applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove any User Submission that violates these standards or our judgment, and to suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate them. We’re not obligated to monitor all submissions, but may do so at our discretion.

    Affiliate Relationships and Advertising

    Affiliate Links

The Technical Master participates in affiliate programs with retailers and services (including Amazon Associates, manufacturer partner programs, and other networks). When you purchase products through links on our Site, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

What this means: If you click a product link in our review or buying guide and make a purchase, the retailer may pay us a commission. This helps fund our operations and allows us to continue providing free content.

Editorial independence: Our participation in affiliate programs does not influence our editorial content. Product reviews, ratings, and recommendations are based on hands-on testing, research, and our editorial judgment—not on potential commission earnings. We maintain a strict separation between editorial and business operations.

All articles containing affiliate links are created with the intent to inform and assist readers, consistent with Federal Trade Commission guidelines on advertising disclosure.

    Advertising

We display advertisements on the Site through third-party advertising networks. These ads may be personalized based on your browsing history and interests, as described in our Privacy Policy. The presence of advertising does not constitute an endorsement by The Technical Master.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their ads comply with applicable laws. We don’t control third-party ad content and aren’t liable for misleading or inappropriate advertisements. If you encounter problematic ads, please report them to [email protected].

    Disclaimers and Accuracy

    Content Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in everything we publish. Our team tests products, researches topics thoroughly, and fact-checks our content. However, technology changes rapidly, and despite our best efforts:

    • Information may become outdated between publication and your reading
    • Product specifications, prices, and availability change frequently
    • Software updates may alter features we’ve described
    • Our testing conditions may differ from yours

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    Opinions and Reviews

Product reviews, recommendations, and editorials represent the opinions of our authors based on testing and research. Your experience may differ due to many factors (device configurations, usage patterns, individual preferences, etc.). We don’t guarantee that recommended products will meet your specific needs.

    Technical and How-To Content

Our how-to guides and technical tutorials are educational resources intended to help you accomplish tasks and solve problems. However:

    • You follow instructions at your own risk
    • We’re not liable for any damage, data loss, or issues that arise from following our guides
    • Complex technical procedures may carry inherent risks
    • You should backup important data before making system changes
    • When in doubt, consult a professional technician

    Price and Product Information

Prices, specifications, and product availability mentioned on our Site are accurate as of publication but may change without notice. Retailers control pricing and inventory. We’re not responsible for pricing errors, product discontinuations, or changes made after publication.

    Third-Party Links and Services

Our Site contains links to third-party websites, services, and resources (retailers, manufacturers, software developers, etc.). These links are provided for your convenience and don’t constitute an endorsement.

    We’re not responsible for:

    • The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites
    • Products or services offered by third parties
    • Privacy policies of external sites
    • Transactions you conduct with third parties

When you leave our Site, you’re subject to the terms and privacy policies of the destination site. Review them before providing personal information or making purchases.

    Copyright Infringement and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to:

    DMCA Agent
    Technicalmaster Inc.
    Attention: Legal Department
New York City, New York, United States
    Email: [email protected]

    Your notice must include:

    1. Your physical or electronic signature
    2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
    3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on our Site (URL)
    4. Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
    5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
    6. A statement under penalty of perjury that your information is accurate and you’re authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We’ll investigate valid notices and may remove infringing content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Counter-Notification: If your content is removed and you believe it was mistaken, you may file a DMCA counter-notification at the same address, including:

    1. Your physical or electronic signature
    2. Identification of the removed material and its former location
    3. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification

    Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site to:

    • Violate any applicable law or regulation
    • Infringe intellectual property rights
    • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
    • Interfere with the Site’s proper functioning
    • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or monitor the Site
    • Impersonate others or provide false information
    • Harvest email addresses or personal information
    • Engage in fraudulent activity or phishing
    • Circumvent any access restrictions or security features
    • Use ad blockers or similar tools that interfere with our revenue-generating systems without meeting alternative access requirements

We may suspend or terminate access for violations and report illegal activity to law enforcement.

    Technical Protection Measures

To protect our intellectual property and ensure the sustainability of our free content model, we implement technical measures including:

    • Detection of ad-blocking software and other interference tools
    • Browser and device validation
    • Access controls based on user attributes (location, device type, consent status)

Access to certain content or features may be restricted if your browser configuration interferes with these systems. This is necessary because advertising revenue funds our operations. If you use ad-blocking software, we may prompt you to disable it, view alternative ad experiences, or access content through other means.

    Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHNICALMASTER INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

    • Indirect or consequential damages: Including lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or damage to your devices or reputation
    • Actions based on our content: Any decisions you make or actions you take based on information from our Site
    • Third-party conduct: Actions of advertisers, affiliate partners, linked websites, or other third parties
    • Technical issues: Site downtime, errors, bugs, security breaches, or data loss

AGGREGATE LIABILITY CAP: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (whichever is greater).

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.) and even if we’ve been advised of potential damages. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so these may not fully apply to you.

    Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Technicalmaster Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

    • Your use of the Site
    • Your violation of these terms
    • Your User Submissions
    • Your violation of any rights of others or applicable laws

We’ll notify you of any such claim and may, at our discretion, participate in the defense. You may not settle any claim that imposes obligations on us without our written consent.

    Modifications to Terms and Site

    Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we’ll post a notice on the Site or notify you via email (if you’ve provided one).

Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you don’t agree with the changes, stop using the Site.

    Changes to the Site

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice. This includes:

    • Adding or removing features
    • Changing content formats or publication schedules
    • Implementing subscription or payment requirements
    • Discontinuing certain services or sections

We’re not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

    Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include:

    • Violation of these terms
    • Fraudulent or illegal activity
    • Abuse of our systems or staff
    • At our sole discretion for any reason

    Upon termination:

    • Your right to use the Site immediately ends
    • We may delete your account and User Submissions
    • Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. If you have an account, you may request deletion by contacting [email protected].

    Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

    Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action related to these terms or your use of the Site must be filed in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

    Informal Resolution

    Class Action Waiver

YOU AND TECHNICALMASTER INC. AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION AGAINST US.

This means you can’t join with other users to sue us as a group, and we can’t sue you as part of a group. Each party may only bring claims against the other in an individual capacity.

    Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Our failure to enforce any provision doesn’t waive our right to enforce it later. All waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

    Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Technicalmaster Inc. regarding your use of the Site. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
