Starting with the specifications, the top SKU in the lineup is supposed to be the Intel Core Ultra 7 265U, which would feature 12 cores and 14 threads. This will come in a 2 P-Core, 8 E-Core, and 2 LP-E core configuration, which will be the same across the four SKUs. Regarding clock speeds, the top chip will offer a base clock of up to 3.4 GHz and a boost clock of up to 5.3 GHz across the P-cores and up to 4.2 GHz across the E-cores.
The other three SKUs include the Core Ultra 7 255U, Core Ultra 5 235U, and Core Ultra 5 225U. All four chips will feature an Xe-LPG iGPU with 4 Xe-cores clocking up to 2100 MHz, 12 MB of L3 cache, and vPro variants (265U & 235U).
The most interesting detail shared by the leaker is that the Intel Arrow Lake-U “Core Ultra 200U” CPUs will come equipped with Redwood Cove+ P-Cores and Crestmont Enhanced (CME) E-Cores. These will be slightly updated variants of the Redwood Cove and Crestmont cores…
