Intel’s Core Ultra 200S 65W “F” and 35W “T” CPUs, which come in seven variants, have been revealed along with their specs.
Intel Core Ultra 200S “T” & “F” CPUs revealed: featuring two Core Ultra 5, three Core Ultra 7, & two Core Ultra 9 SKUs in 35W & 65W TDP flavors
Last month, Intel launched its first batch of Intel Arrow Lake, aka Core Ultra 200S CPUs. The initial batch included only 5 SKUs, but it was expected that Intel would come up with more SKUs down the line. We previously reported the preliminary specs of these SKUs, but today, we got another leak, revealing as many as 7 SKUs.
These are all locked chips, which means they cannot be overclocked. These are non-K, T, and F CPU variants belonging to the Core Ultra 5, 7, and 9 subfamilies. The leaker @momomo_us has posted the spec sheet of these SKUs on X, which reveals the core count, cache, and base P-core clocks.

The Intel Core Ultra 9 285 won’t have a “F” variant but will surely have a non-K and T model, which will feature different clock speeds than the Core Ultra 9 285K. They feature the same core count of 24 with the identical P-Core and E-Core configuration, but the P-Core and E-Core clocks will be significantly lower than the 285K.
Surprisingly, Intel is ready to deliver the ultra power-efficient Core Ultra 9 285T with just 35W of TDP. It will also feature 4 cores Xe integrated graphics and how much of an impact the reduced TDP will introduce, we don’t know yet. As for the Core Ultra 9 285, it will be rated at 65W,…
