Epic Games Store’s Holiday Sale Live, Free Games & Cosmetic Giveaways Available

To celebrate the festive season, the Epic Games Store Holiday Sale has just started, providing those who utilize the launcher the option to get their hands on some of the top games on their wishlist for a discounted price. This includes titles such as Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Frostpunk 2, and No More Room In Hell 2, for example. Of course, there are plenty more games on sale and plenty of opportunities to get free games and cosmetics, too. The Epic Games Store Holiday Sale is available until January 9, 2025. The sale ends at 11 AM ET / 4 PM GMT / 5 PM CET, giving you plenty of time to get hold of some games you’ve been dying to add to your backlog. Epic Rewards will also be boosted to 10% rather than the usual 5% from now until January 9, 2025.

Epic Games is known for giving away free games all year round. For the festive season, 16 free games will be revealed during the Epic Games Store Holiday Sale. At the time of writing, the game that is currently available is The Lord of The Ring: Return to Moria. This game will be available until December 19, giving you plenty of time to get your hands on the game.

If the free games don’t tickle your fancy, there will also be free cosmetics to get your hands on for some of the games available. This includes getting Baldur’s Gate 3 content for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms, Winter Dragon Footprints for Path of Exile, and cosmetics for Asphalt 8.
