ASRock states that all of its PSUs are designed and developed in-house, with the company also renting out entire factories and managing the production lines themselves.
All the units will fully comply with the latest Intel ATX 3.1 and PCI-E 5.1 standards, allowing them to support next-gen graphics cards and instantaneous peak power loads of 200-235%. The PSUs feature the latest 12V-2×6 cables to deliver up to 600W of stable power to high-end GPUs. ASRock has divided the units based on its existing subfamilies, such as Taichi, Phantom Gaming, Steel Legend, and the Challenger.
The Taichi PSUs will be the flagship series, featuring two models with 1650W and 1300W capacities. Each unit is an 80 Plus Titanium-rated power supply with Cybenetics LAMBDA A+ ultra-quiet certification. These units use 100% Japanese capacitors, Infineon CoolMOS, and SiC SBD for ultra-reliable performance.
The Phantom Gaming PSUs are high-end models, featuring a total of 5 units, out of which, two have been launched in the initial batch. These will offer 750W, 850W, 1000W, 1300W, and 1600W capacities. These will bring 80 Plus Gold efficiency rating and Cybenetics Plantium and Gold ratings as well. Plus, the units are also LAMBDA A acoustic certified and will have all Japanese capacitors.
The Steel Legend PSUs are mid-range offerings, bringing four models(two launched) with various power capacities, including 650W, 750W, 850W, and 1000W. These will be available in Steel Black and Steel White editions and will have 80 Plus Gold efficiency and Cybenetics Platinum & Gold ratings along with LAMBDA A+/A/A-acoustic certification. The Steel Legend PSUs will have a compact chassis and a fully modular design with flat cables for easy cable management.
The Challenger Series is the fourth one, bringing 6 power supply units with both 80 Plus Gold and 80 Plus Bronze ratings. These will be 550W, 650W, 750W with Bronze and 650W, 750W, and 850W with Gold-rated efficiencies. All these units will be non-modular and will have 120mm golf blade fans for good cooling and low noise.
